Here is my best attempt to explain the service/experience I received.
first, I set up my account and made my payment to use this service. From there I was able to easily identify negative credit reports using the built in AI help-side note, this was very easy to use/understand/ identify... From there I got a little irritated once I became aware of the trash lingering on my good name. So from there you get to decide to "attack," these entities by paying an additional fee to send out certified letter to dispute (you can choose to do this on your own but screw that I need this fixed now). Well that's it, not much more to report this far in my journey using dispute beast. All I have left to say is that to my surprise the cert letters were developed within an hour or so and by the next day (Monday) I received notification they were sent with verifiable proof that I could track! I'm a person that is always prepared for a scam, I've seen a lot in 40 yrs, this service so far is high caliber. Also worth mentioning, i'm not too savey using electronics either but still found it super QUICK and EASY, so kudos to this company. If this works like I hope it will, I'm really impressed with dispute beast but also still pissed these creditors are so lackluster to display truthful reports that we as consumers need companies like this to "attack."
