I chose Distinct Cremations, because when my mum was in palliative care, I did some online enquiries and they were the only company that phoned me back, to discuss what I might need. When my mum passed away, I contacted them in the early hours of the morning and they arranged for mum to be collected and taken to one of their funeral directors straight away, as she was at home. The 2 men from the funeral directors were lovely and dealt with everything quickly and respectfully. All the people I spoke to at DC were lovely, they were professional, caring and kind, without being condescending. From start to finish, they were brilliant. Sarah was my contact and was so nice, she kept me up to date on everything by phone, chatted to me about my mum and made me feel that they would look after my mum during the direct cremation, that we had decided on. Afterwards, she phoned to tell me when mum’s ashes would be returned to us, which happened within a week. The man who brought them was lovely too. I cannot recommend Distinct Cremations, their lovely people and their funeral directors highly enough. They made a sad and difficult time so much easier.Thank you to you all.
