I placed an order on August 23, 2024, and to this day, I have not received the dress or my refund. The website indicated the dress would be made and shipped in September, which I accepted. However, September came and went without any shipment. When I reached out, they said the order couldn’t be canceled as it was already 'confirmed with the designer' and due to the 'expensive fabric' and 'pre-order policy,' cancellation wasn’t an option. After numerous follow-up emails—most of which went unanswered—I received a message in February stating there was 'good news' and that my dress would ship within 4–6 weeks. I held onto hope and waited again. Then in May 2025, they apologized and offered $200 compensation, suggesting I select another dress from the available collection. I chose a dress, only for them to request I pay the price difference. Why would I pay more when I never received the original dress and my refund hasn’t been issued? As of now, they have stopped responding, I haven’t received any compensation, and my refund was never processed despite sending all required information multiple times. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I do not recommend ordering from this platform under any circumstances.
