I placed an order on August 23, 2024, and to this day, I have not received the dress nor my refund. When I made the purchase, the platform clearly indicated that the dress would be made and shipped in September, and I was completely fine with that timeline. However, September came and went without any shipment. Upon reaching out, I was informed that the order could not be canceled because it had already been "confirmed with the designer" and that due to the "expensive fabric" and the "pre-order policy," cancellation was not an option. Despite numerous follow-up emails — most of which went unanswered — I finally received a message in February stating there was "good news" and that my dress would be shipped within 4–6 weeks. I felt hopeful and waited once more. Then in May 2025, they apologized and offered me a $200 compensation, suggesting I could select another dress from the available collection. I chose a dress, only for them to ask me to pay the price difference.
Why should I pay more when I never received the original dress I ordered last year, and my refund still hasn’t been issued? As of today, they have stopped responding, I haven’t received any compensation, and my refund was never processed despite sending all required information multiple times. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend ordering from this platform under any circumstances.
