I am in search of a trustworthy and reliable music distributor. I was misled by this service, which would not accept my correct upload. I even tried exporting it differently to resolve the issue, as suggested on their site. Additionally, using their website on mobile devices was frustrating. After much effort, I discovered they have ongoing website problems. The customer service representative was misleading and claimed to have no issues using mobile, but suggested using a PC instead. Their website performance is problematic, and I've encountered multiple issues accessing it. After my experience, I requested to close my unused account since I couldn't upload even one song. Their response was disappointing, stating they couldn't assist me due to a contractual disagreement. Unbelievable! I won't continue paying for a service that doesn't work for me.
