It's a scam. Ordered 4 different chocolates from the website and the orders were prepaid. The delivery was shown as 20/10/2025 which was 10-12 days later from my date of order placed. As i did not receive the order on the specified date, upon checking with the delivery partner online which was shadowfox in their case, it suddenly stopped showing any delivery date and there is no customer support or any response on it. It's a huge scam. Infact now I'm unable to believe any online business unless and until they have got physical stores.
