We had been trying to register 2 WIFI DITO sim cards for days! Seems like the process should be much simpler for non techy persons and/or senior citizens in need of simple internet services. It was very disappointing to spend an entire day trying to 'register a DITO sim' only to discover the AI system does not like an official government issued driver license ID or the data on it! Ok, scans and computers can be problematic but there should be another way to register besides using a robotic system that does not work! There should be a way to work with humans if the system fails. We have yet to find a way to contact anyone outside of the robotic system! The alleged physical "human customer support" office does not exist in the area AND we can not use the UNregistered cards to call or contact anyone thru the mobile app! Kind of a "catch 22" scenario where if you have trouble registering, you cannot use the app or call customer service with an UNregistered sim...and equally as fun chatting with a robot with artificially unintelligible replies or mostly useless solutions. Welcome any solutions besides making the DITO sims or DITO modems learn to fly...=)
