I should have trusted my gut. This felt too good to be true, and it was. I found a ring listed at nearly half the price of buying directly from the designer and jumped on the deal without thinking twice. The site promised delivery within 2–3 days. However, the order wasn’t even received by DHL until the third day — the day it was originally supposed to arrive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the Easter holidays. But now it’s been 12 days since I placed the order, and 9 days since DHL’s tracking has shown only: “Order data transmitted electronically.” Nothing has moved since then.I’ve contacted Ditur’s customer service multiple times. Every time, they say they’ve contacted DHL and that there’s nothing else they can do. I tried reaching out to DHL myself, but they told me that due to their agreement with the sender, I’m not allowed to initiate an investigation. So I went back to Ditur and asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded — and now I’ve been met with complete silence. At this point, everything about this screams scam. If you’re here reading reviews, you’re probably having doubts too. Learn from my mistake and don’t fall for it.
