My dealings with Ditur have been fully favorable. I had some issues with 2 watch winders that I had bought and separate purchases, were both faulty, none of the issues were due to Ditur. Customer service was fantastic and resolved, effortlessly. I have since purchased again with Ditur and certainly, won’t be my last time buying from them!
