I was able to obtain parts/valves for my shower which were obsolete and not available form local plumbing suppliers as an off the shelf item. This avoided me having to replace the complete shower controls to an alternative brand. This would have been expensive. (One cold cartridge valve at a few pounds was the solution) Next day delivery too. Also brilliant advice and assistance from Di Vapour.
