I was initially happy with divebooker for the easy booking and clear follow up emails for details. However, my requests were not fulfilled for equipment, wrong equipment was requested on my behalf that I didn’t ask for that was not included in the price, so I got a nasty surprise bill at the end on the dive boat. Also equipment I told would be there was not. Also the outline and itinerary was not what was planned once I was on the boat affected my travel plans a lot.
