Good customer service. The chat is working very well. You will always get a response within 24hours per mail and even faster if you are using the chat. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. During the crisis it was not possible to cancel the trip but to postpone it to another date which we did twice. It would have been good to get more detailed information about the split stay on the maledives and some help with it but all in all it was a good support. The trip was amazing and the prices were appropriate.
