This is the third or fourth time I've ordered from DRIS and the item was out of stock/back-ordered. This time I even had to substitute my order for a different color. Never once have they offered me any discount or future credit to make up for the inconvenience. I try to patronize DRIS because of their discount for military personnel, but each time I find myself questioning why I bother.
