Let down by the service department response

WOW! I need to correct you on your reply from my review. First of all, you said that you had never serviced my equipment before. I have not only been getting my equipment serviced for years from your store but bought my last two regs from you. You better look into your record keeping a little closer. I went there to get my console and aga checked out and tuned up. Why would I tell you not to touch my console? I said no such thing. There was no confirmation from your tech on service being declined by me. As for the comms,you said the note says to just change the battery. Again, that isn't true. I wanted everything checked out and tuned up. What did I pay $582 for? I had no problems with my comms prior to me bringing it to you for check out and tune up. So of course, there wasn't going to be a note stating I had issues with it. You never stated that any work on Aga masks with comms wouldn't be worked on by your techs or I would have taken it elsewhere. Someone working for you isn't telling the truth so you wouldn't be responsible for my gear.
