They were back ordered on the BCD I wanted. I called and told them I needed it for our trip on a specific date. They went the extra mile to find out the status of the order from the supplier and the ability to get it to me before I left. They did it, I had my Bella BCD for my trip and the BCD made my dives!!! BTW loved the email letting me know it's in and being shipped.
