I made a purchase and the wrong item was mistakenly shipped. DRIS made it right and quickly, they shipped the correct item and got it to me before I needed it for training. Unfortunately the item that I purchased broke within the first 3ft of submerging it. I was able to fix and make it better than the way the manufacturer had it.
