I placed 2 separate orders and asked that the 2 orders be shipped together. DRIS complied and did what I asked. I got the box containing both orders and had to return one item (the BCD) due to incorrect size (my poor sizing choice) BUT forgot to remove the items from the second order from the box and shipped both orders back to DRIS. Clearly, my mistake. They understood, sent both orders back with the correct size BCD. Unfortunately, the sternum strap was not included with the BCD. My trip is in 2 days. I have another BCD so the trip is not in danger. Bottom line: shipping issues caused by me, not DRIS; sizing issue caused by me, not DRIS; they forgot the sternum strap that is supposed to go with the BCD. That one is on DRIS.
