I had ordered a couple of second stages from Dive Right In and needed a weight on one of them. I called customer service and got Bill on the phone. When I asked for the weight he actually went to his warehouse, pulled the second stage and weighed it for me! I couldn't have asked for a better response. The next day I called again due to an email I received regarding another regulator I had ordered which was on back-order, Bill again handled the issue with a great personality and professionalism. I will always go to them first because I know I will be taken care of.
