I ordered a new dive light for an upcoming trip. As it turns out the light was back ordered from the manufacturers and as soon as DRIS found out they informed me. My rep was Kim and she was awesome. I informed her the light was for a trip. She asked for the travel dates and posted the info on the order. I was kept informed of the order status and low and behold the light shipped much earlier than expected, so much so that i dove with the new light today (12/20). Thanks DRIS for the care and service.
