We were looking to buy our first back plate and wing, they let us come down and try one of the employee's setup in there pool, to see if we would like switching from a vest style BCD. We ended up loving it and buying all of our scuba gear from them. We had some problems with our regulators and second stages. I talked with Bill about our issues, they ended up fixing everything for free and even exchanging our secondary air sources to a better model. Bill was great to work with, he got back to me right away with answers to my questions and fixed everything quickly before we left for out trip to Jamaica.
