DRIS was excellent. Kept me informed. However UPS was terrible. Tried to deliver to an address that doesn’t exist. Then trying to track package was a nightmare. Finally came 9 days after supposed delivery date. Left a bad taste but not fault of DRIS. Love the scooter!
