Eventually they got the order in and…

Eventually they got the order in and sent to us, nearly 6 weeks after ordering and a full 5 weeks later than it said when I checked out. They did eventually get everything in and sent to me. They did offer to provide a loaner BCD while I waited for it to arrive. However, between false inventory management that made it seem it was in stock, only one person managing the communications about order status so I had no communication the week someone was away, and overall just failing to ge things to me for so long, I would not recommend this scuba store for online orders. They are very friendly and they worked hard to correct the problem, but until they have a better process of tracking their online orders to inventory on hand, I cannot say that they should be used for online ordering. Again, very nice people, but they need a better ordering tracking and inventory supply process. My son’s birthday present came very late and then was well after dives we were planning it for.
