The rating is only three stars due to the product not arriving within the time I originally told I.e. too late for Christmas. Also, communication regarding the order could have been much better; phone messages regarding the order were not returned within a timely manner (not even on the same day). An on line inquiry was also not responded to in a timely manner and the eventual response did not answer the question asked but only asked if I wanted to chat.On the positive side, the dive lights purchased are exactly what was presented on line and the staff was pleasant and professional when contact was made.
