This is my second time doing business with DRIS and overall customer service, and product selection is really nice. I, like the previous reviewer didn’t receive the tracking info for one item but it totally could have been spam. One thing that I was disappointed with was the condition of one of products I received. The apeks spool (not cheap) came in the packaging that was taped up and mangled. The spool seems fine but the idea that you pay for a premium product that came in the packaging that was totally ripped and then taped made me question things. It’s not a huge deal but figured I’d mention it.
