Update.. In response to the reply from DRIS, which I thank you for, I have added one star since I was unaware hog themselves did not supply port plugs for primary location. That said although I purchased these regs over black friday week, I'm not sure they could be called a black friday sale since they are still offered for the same price on your website..In regards to the invoice, this clear envelope you mention was unopened in any way, no need for them to open it when they could just read off of it.Ordered a reg set on the evening of Nov 23, was said delivery takes 7-10 days. On the 24th received an email stating my order was being processed, great so far.By Dec 1st I decided to send an email requesting an update since my order still said 'processing' and had no communication initiated by DRIS.Recieved a reply on the 3rd apologizing about the delay and stating they have a shipment coming in that day and will get orders out shortly. No change till the 9th when I recieve another email once again apologising for delay and this time saying they are getting their shipment in the follow day, the 10th... once again no change until I recieve yet another email on the 15th stating they should be shipping my order some time this week. Finally on the 16th I recieve an email that my order has bee shipped.Once I recieved the parcel the first thing I noticed was that the invoice clearly listing all contents and their respective costs was attached on the outside of the box!Apon reviewing the contents I found DRIS assembled the regs and hoses, which doesnt matter, but did not include the port plugs they removed from the 1st stages in doing so. This might be a small thing but is just the cherry on top...
