The costumer service department are saints. The shipping department not so much. Supposedly the regulator system I order shipped, some how it got lost in the mail. But hey could have been COVID or actually lost. No big deal.So they have to wait till another comes in stock and ship me another one. Comes in and its a DIN reg when I ordered a Yoke. Ok, fine, atleast I have one now and can dive.Make a deal with customer Service for a hog branded DIN to Yoke adapter at a discount. Gets shipped and when it arrived was an off brand adapter that was the same price as I supposedly paid for the much more expensive HOG.They sent me the proper one for free.Like I said, customer service is the most important thing and it was fantastic. The order was well packaged and has worked fantastic for 30 dives this season. Getting the adapter to seal properly is a bit of a pain in the ass but no big deal. The prices cannot be beatBut the guys packing the boxes may need to up their game and the store would be perfect. But like I said covid, and many businesses went through issues.
