Very approachable, extremely helpful, they offered good discount on the Suunto wireless PODs when I asked if they can, they transferred my purchase to a closer store for pickup for free. Communication was reliable. My only wish that one both PODs would have looked the same and brand new, that’s why the 4 stars, one looked different in color with slight scuff marks and different packaging/ catalogs. I called, they assured me, that it wasn’t a return/ used unit, and they offered to exchange it, but it was a huge hassle since I am overseas in a remote Diving resort. It did function normally however at least so far
