I had been waiting several days for a different shop to get back with me about putting new seals on a recent dry suit purchase. Being new in the dry suit area I wasn’t sure how everything worked. Rachel got back to me the day I sent the email with my questions and I had my dry suit ready to go and mailed a couple days later. She was wonderful to work with and helped me through the entire process. Even coupling my dry suit return with a couple more items I had ordered. Can’t say enough about how helpful she was. And the quality of work was phenomenal.
