I placed my order with Dive Right In Scuba on July 3rd. There were several issues with the order, but DRIS resolved them all and I am very satisfied with the result and their handling of the issues. Issue #1 was an incorrect description of the EMS Shears from the manufacturer. When I notified DRIS they contacted me, asking if I planned to mount the shears on the webbing of my backplate. I did so they immediately asked me to return the shears and they would send me a different pair that would meet my requirements. Issue #2 was an inflator hose adapter that was to be shipped from the manufacturer. It never arrived and so once again, DRIS stepped up and shipped from their stock. Everyone has issues and problems but it is how they are handled that make the difference between a good company and a great company. Dive Right In Scuba has shown themselves to be a great company, putting customer service first. Thank you Augie, Rachael, and Kim!
