I have ordered twice from Dive Right in Scuba. I ordered a Drysuit almost 4 months ago and still have not received it. I have been updated whenever I check up on it, but have gotten two different explanations as to why the long delay. I don't know if it is DRIS getting mixed explanations from the maker or not, but it is frustrating since I don't know if the latest will change.My second order, I had to replace my choices for 2/3 of the items because they were not in stock, after already paying for them. The last item was also not in stock and I had to wait a couple of weeks for it,This would not be an issue if everything was communicated up front on the item page when ordering. But it took two different email exchanges to get the order set.In both instances the staff was kind and wanted to help and make up for the hiccups that occurred but the buying process was more complicated than what I would want.
