After a month of waiting for my order, it took my inquiry for action to be taken to get things moving. Turned out, my order was held up because the tank light I ordered was no longer available. Only after my inquiry did DRIS ask, if I would accept a different brand light in place of the ordered light. Which I accepted, once I was given information on the product. I should have been contracted by DRIS shortly after they knew they could not fill orders for the discontinued item.All orders i made prior, arrived fairly quickly, often before the expected delivery date.
