This is my first experience with DRIS. It seems like there might have been a hiccup in getting an item shipped to me due to it being out of stock, and having to be drop shipped from the manufacturer, but apart from a little confusion in the email correspondence I received from them, there appear to be no issues thus far with their friendly service. Overall, my experience was good, the staff seems passionate about what they're doing, and I feel comfortable going back to them for another item in the near future.
