Two day shipping took 7 days to arrive, but since I was only in FL for 4 days, the package turned up after I had left. My query on the DiveRightInScuba ticket system went unanswered for 9 days, and whilst I eventually got the courtesy "oops" response, the issue was still not resolved as of this writingUPDATE :: within the same day of this review, DRIS were in contact, and refunded me the cost of expedited shipping, plus the cost of transport for me to get the package. I raise rating from 1 -> 2.
