Received an apparently used (or very low quality) pair of UTD fins sold as new. BOTH spring straps broke on the first dive. There have been customer service mixups on my last 2 orders from this shop. One resulted in an incomplete shipment, and the other led me to believe that the drysuit I had ordered was not available and shipment would be delayed for a month, leading me to cancel the order. Then they called back the next day and told me the suit was available after all.
