staff is very friendly and also seems very knowledgeable. prices seem better than my local dive shop and generally competitive. UPS messed up delivering my first order on time but it was UPS's error and not Dive Right In SCUBA's mistake. i just wish I was able to use more reward points when buying stuff online.
