Order was delayed, initial request to rush shipping was ignored, required second follow-up to be delivered on time.Response: Ordered on 3/16 and product was not SHIPPED until the 26th. That's 10 days and it would have been another 5 before delivery. I needed the product for a trip departing on the 30th. I called to inquire on status and informed the support person that 15 days on a 10 day shipment was going to be too late. They agreed to expedite. Later on the 26th I recieved a GROUND shipping notice. Called again and learned that nothing was actually done by the first support rep. The second rep successfully changed the shipment to 3 day express and I recieved the packed before my departure. Thanks for reacting to the LATE shipment, but I should not have had to call twice.
