Great service, poor inventory management

While it was great to have a sales associated assigned to me, and while she was very responsive to my emails, my entire order was held up because Dive Rite had run out of bent d-rings. In today's world, how does a business run out of $2 parts? When it finally shipped, guess what was missing? Yup, a d-ring. They did throw a free Dive Rite cap into the box as an apology.
