Dive Right In Scuba is a very trustworthy and customer oriented company. I had a particular issue with an order that was due by the time that I was going on a trip. As the product ordered was delayed by the manufacturer over and over again, they tried very hard to expedite the order. Even to the point that they the manufacturer send the product directly to me so that it would arrive in time.They stayed right on top of the progress the two weeks before I was to leave. Unfortunately events outside anyone's control delayed the order reaching me before the trip, I cannot think of a time that a retailer paid so close attention to one of my orders. I will definitely be continuing business with them based on that experience,
