I ordered some dry-suit long underwear and a noise maker for my wife for Christmas. I selected 3-day delivery and after about a week I decided something must be wrong. Upon opening a service ticket it was explained to me that my order was put on hold due to the need to validate my dive certification. Once I was able to do that the order was process in an expeditious manner to ensure it was under the tree prior to Christmas. The customer service was great, but if there is some requirement necessary to placing an order it would of be great if that requirement was supplied or at least had someone follow up with me... instead of me having to initiate the request.
