I ordered a regulator set, some hardware and shipping them to Japan.They tried to send my parcel as fast as they could(even if it's Free Shipping).There was no problem in Customs(i.e. Invoice was no problem. A shipping company guy asked me what "DIN-Yoke valve" is, though...), the parcel packaging was robust and Customer Support response was good.
