Good overall service but I did have some friction. They were helpful in trying to get me into the right size garment I was looking for, but ultimately they recommended a size that was too small. They gladly exchanged it, but I had to pay to ship the garment back to them. It was a large bulky item and fairly expensive to ship. I tried to argue that they chose the size based on my measurements, so they should pay for return shipping. But they only pointed to the return policy stated somewhere on their website. Bad on me for not checking that, and double bad for letting them recommend a size for me. I'll probably buy from them in the future, since overall they are a good shop. But I doubt I'll buy any garments from them ever again.Update 2019/01/14: Mike, the owner, contacted me directly after his response below. We discussed the details and I'm very pleased with his efforts to correct my relatively minor complaint. Most places, and indeed most scuba shops, would never go to this length to make it right with a remote customer like me.
