I ordered some dive equipment from Dive Right In Scuba a couple weeks ago. After not hearing back from them I checked the order status and it just said: "processing". After a couple more days I decided to call and check with them directly. The person on the other end of the phone said that they were out of stock and that they'd be getting some in the next day and that it would be shipped out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this was going to make me leave for a trip without my purchase. I chatted via the website and over the phone with a couple employees who assured me that it would be there within the 7-10 day shipping window. While this was partially my mistake for not choosing faster delivery, Mike and the team at Dive Right In Scuba did everything they had at their disposal to make sure it got to me in time. It did! I would recommend Dive Right In Scuba to anyone who's looking to purchase scuba equipment.
