Great experience -- I bought some stuff, and I had troubles installing it. I ended up emailing back and forth with a tech, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. This is twice now that I've either had questions about a purchase, or questions about how to make something work like it should, and both times have just been superb experiences.I mean, I was already a DRIS customer because of the good prices and selection, and the (normally) fast shipping, but it only takes one or two customer services experiences to really establish an impression of a shop. These guys go above and beyond.
