I usually hate leaving reviews but I've just had such a fantastic experience with DRIS that I just had to.. So i was in the US and was ordering some equipment which I needed by a particular date since I do't live in the US and was leaving. Mailed them to check if I they had everything and if I needed to expedite shipping. They said they had everything and no need to expedite shipping so I just went ahead and placed the order with free shipping. It was through USPS and they actually broadcast in a number of places on their website that if you need something delivered by a certain date don't use USPS. Anyway since I'd mailed and I had quite a bit of time I went ahead with the free shipping. Unfortunately though DRIS shipped immediately, the package didn't make it on time. Was disappointed but really can't blame a shop for a postal company's issues and anyway I'd had it shipped to my uncle's house so I figured I'd just have someone bring it the next time they visited...Two weeks later - lo and behold ... the package arrives at my HOUSE IN INDIA !!! No extra charges.. no customs... nothing !!! I didnt even ask DRIS if they couuld send it home !!Just fantastic pro-active service - wont every order from anywhere else now... I've never had such a positive experience ordering ANYYTHING !!
