I ordered a full face mask that says free shipping so I ordered it with 2 day usps shipping for a few dollars more. I ordered on Tuesday hoping to have it delivered on Friday allowing for USPS to be off 1 day. On the following Monday I called to find out where my order was and they told me the item was back ordered. Finally it shipped direct from manufacturer so DRIS never handled or shipped the product but they charged me $15 shipping and handling anyway along with the USPS charges for 2 day shipping. All in all it took almost 2 weeks to get and all they could say was that they added my $15 shipping to my rewards account. I would expect full reimbursement of all shipping and handling fees (at a minimum) from a company such as DRIS. I will not order from DRIS again, although the product itself was great
