I purchased the Aqualung big squeeze titanium knife and selected 7-10 day free shipping. After 7 days my order still showed it had not shipped. Finally I received a response saying that this product was not in stock (even though the website said in stock) and was back ordered still late May early June. Wish I would have know this from the moment I placed the order since I would have gone somewhere else and they wouldn’t have wasted over a week. Kim he representative was very friendly and nice though. Another man who answered was short and rude on the phone. I personally will not order from this site again.
