I would have better luck booking a hotel by smashing my head against the keyboard repeatedly until I randomly opened a web browser and managed to smash the right location, hotel, and card information in. Seriously, if you are a company looking to invest in a travel agent, this ain't it. The user interface cost your employees time, the redundancies cost patience, and the options available through this company are nearly double or sometimes even triple the cost of what I could find on my own. The agents are nice, but also about as competent in navigating the site as your average person - carrying not expertise or ability to solve your issues. Over all paying for a time and energy costly process to offset what could be a five minute task on your own makes no sense, so I would not recommend this service.
