Our trip was extremely well organised and our students really enjoyed it! We had a cancellation from Chelsea FC but Frankie had this issue rectified on the same day and booked us with Tottenham Hotspur instead which was brilliant! She kept us informed every step of the way and looked after our needs.We had booked for a financial economics tour of the city but the tour guide gave us a historical tour of the places visited which wasn't necessary for our GCSE Economics students hence the four stars not five. I would happily book through Diversity Travel again but next time ensure that the financial tour was specific to our students' learning needs.
