I’ve booked flights via this company several times and have always been happy with their service. A lot of time and effort was put into listening to our needs and then finding what we needed. We are a tiny organisation and sometimes flights could only be found that were the same as directly booking online but when that happened we were informed. We experienced a difficulty with a team member (ours, not Diversity’s) at the last minute (actually after check in) and the staff responded quickly, going over and above to help. I have just returned from visiting our project. If I’d booked for myself it would have cost me £500 more than the flight that Diversity sourced for me …… always friendly, professional and I feel that they care about us as clients.
