So much wrong with this company. Their online booking system is clunky and costs more than going direct through an online search toolIf you manage to make a booking and you need to query anything (maybe the airline change your flight for example), it's impossible to contact them. Emails go unanswered and you're left on hold for over an hour on a regular basis.Finally, I booked a hotel with Diversity, only to get home to an £800 bill on my credit card. When I queried with the hotel, I was told the card supplieed by Diversity bounced. Upon calling Diversity, their first response was to insist I sorted out their problem directly with the hotel. It took a lot of arguing to convince them that the responsibility lay with them and they should refund my costs.If you want inconvenience as considerable extra cost, book through Diversity
